--@alloy-lint

Sets a lint's level for one file, over the [lint] table of alloy.toml. The file wins. The levels are allow, warn, and deny, and the name is a lint, a group, one of the type checker's lints, or luau.

Several on one line separated by commas, or one per line: both work, from anywhere in the file. The last one in the file decides. A name that is neither a lint nor a group, and a level that is none of the three, is a DirectiveError on the directive's line. alloy lint --list has the names.
