alloy build

Updated

Compiles every .aly and .alx under [build] in to Luau under [build] out, mirroring the tree, and writes the runtime as alloy.luau at the output root. A plain .luau or .lua beside the sources is copied as it is, so a require("./other") finds it in the output. A file that did not change is not rewritten, so a Rojo sync stays quiet. A file that reports an error is not written; its last output stays. artifact = "ship" writes the code Roblox runs; "check" writes what luau-lsp sees, with the types kept. A renamed or deleted source takes the output the build wrote for it, and .alloy/outputs.txt lists what the build wrote; clean = true also removes every other .luau under out that no source makes. The build runs no lint; alloy check reports them, and a denied one fails that run. An import into another project builds that project first, by its own alloy.toml, and the require names its output; alloy check, alloy flux, and --watch follow it too, and alloy test, alloy lint, and alloy fmt do not.
