--@alloy-preserve

Updated

Keeps alloy flux --fix and the editor's quick fix off one line. On a line of its own it covers the next line that holds code; at the end of a line with code it covers that line.

local player: Player? = game:GetService("Players").LocalPlayer
--@alloy-preserve the two names read better apart
local name = player and player.Name

The lint still reports. Its note says the line is preserved, in place of the rewrite it would have offered. Use it where the rewrite is right in general and wrong here; --@alloy-lint <name>=allow is the one to reach for when the lint itself does not belong in the file.
