collapsible_else_if

else if ... end end in place of elseif.

An else whose only statement is an if is an elseif, one end shorter and one level shallower. alloy flux --fix rewrites it; alloy fmt then fixes the indent.

Set its level in the [lint] table of alloy.toml, or for one file with --@alloy-lint.
