not a == b, which compares not a to b.

not binds tighter than ==, so not a == b is (not a) == b, a boolean compared to b. The test the author meant is a ~= b. alloy flux --fix rewrites it; not a ~= b becomes a == b.

Set its level in the [lint] table of alloy.toml, or for one file with --@alloy-lint.
