deprecated_call

A : call of an impl method declared @deprecated.

Flux. Luau reports Box.value(b) on a method marked @deprecated, but its lint does not follow b:value() through the metatable. This lint reports the method call when the file types the receiver as the struct: an annotation, b: Box, or the struct a new Box { } builds. The impl may sit in this file or in a module the file imports. A receiver of no known type stays quiet. The message the attribute carries prints after the name.

Set its level in the [lint] table of alloy.toml, or for one file with --@alloy-lint.
