too_many_lines

A function longer than [flux] too_many_lines.

A function this long does several things. Name the parts and call them. The limit is too_many_lines in [flux], one hundred by default, counted between the header and the end.

Set its level in the [lint] table of alloy.toml, or for one file with --@alloy-lint.
