duplicate_function

One name given a function body twice.

The second body replaces the first, so the first never runs. Either the two were meant to have different names, or one is a leftover from an edit. A @cfg pair is exempt: only one of the two reaches a build.

Set its level in the [lint] table of alloy.toml, or for one file with --@alloy-lint.
