X.__index = X, the class idiom by hand.

Flux. The metatable idiom writes the constructor, the __index, and the method table by hand, and the checker sees plain tables. struct X as ... end with impl X emits the same tables with types, new X(...) for construction, and traits for shared behaviour. No automatic rewrite.

Set its level in the [lint] table of alloy.toml, or for one file with --@alloy-lint.
