table.insert or table.remove on a value typed as an Array.

Flux. A value declared T[], Array<T>, or with an array literal carries methods: xs:push(v) and xs:pop(). The table functions work on it too, but the method names the intent and keeps the type. alloy flux --fix rewrites the two-argument insert and the one-argument remove.

Set its level in the [lint] table of alloy.toml, or for one file with --@alloy-lint.
