pattern_shadows_local

A match pattern that binds the name of a local in scope.

case target then, with target a local or a parameter, reads as a comparison and is a binding: the arm takes every value, and a default or a later arm never runs. Compare in a guard, case v where v == target, or bind a name no local holds. A const or a SCREAMING_CASE name is an error for the same reason.

Set its level in the [lint] table of alloy.toml, or for one file with --@alloy-lint.
