raw_require

A require where an import would do.

Flux. import resolves the path at build time, binds only the names the file uses, and carries the types; the checker follows it and unused_import watches it. require binds the whole module at runtime. alloy flux --fix rewrites local X = require("./x") to import X from "./x"; an instance path stays for the author.

Set its level in the [lint] table of alloy.toml, or for one file with --@alloy-lint.
