static_call

A static of an impl called with :.

A function in an impl that does not take self is a static: Wallet.new(). Called with :, the colon passes the table as the first argument, which the static never asked for, and the values shift by one. alloy flux --fix writes the dot.

Set its level in the [lint] table of alloy.toml, or for one file with --@alloy-lint.
